What it is

A shift tracker and pay calculator for iPhone. You add jobs with their rates, log shifts or run a timer, and see expected gross pay for the current pay period, line by line.

What it does

Logs shifts, templates and overnight work with paid or unpaid breaks. Breaks down base hours, overtime, night, weekend and holiday premiums, tips, bonuses and adjustments. Supports several jobs with their own rates and currencies, flexible pay periods, a calendar, reports and backup files, and a paycheck check in Pro.

What it is not

It is not payroll software and does not connect to employers or banks. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Its figures are gross estimates, not guaranteed pay.

Free and Pro

Free: one job, unlimited shift records, calendar, timer and basic earnings. ShiftPaybook Pro, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, adds unlimited jobs, advanced overtime rules, recurring schedules, PDF and CSV export, the paycheck check and advanced analytics. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
